Assistom is an online restaurant booking service. Users can search for restaurants and submit a booking request through the Website. Once a booking is confirmed by the restaurant, the user receives the booking confirmation. A booking request fee applies to each request, whether or not the booking can be confirmed.

Users may also choose the Personal Assistant Plan, a monthly plan that removes booking request fees and gives priority assistance for restaurant bookings and any other everyday request (transport, leisure activities, travel and similar services), as well as the Assistom digital magazine. Both are optional.

Prices, billing, renewal and cancellation conditions are set out in the Terms of Payment, the Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Conditions.

Assistom acts solely as a booking intermediary. Novalane Operations LLC is not a restaurant operator and has no affiliation with the restaurants listed on the Website unless expressly stated.

The meals and dining services are provided entirely under the responsibility of the restaurants. Accordingly:

• Novalane Operations LLC does not guarantee the availability, quality or safety of the services provided by restaurants.
• Novalane Operations LLC is not a party to the contract concluded between the user and the restaurant.
• Any complaint relating to a meal or a visit (table availability, service, quality, hygiene) must be addressed to the restaurant concerned, without prejudice to any assistance Assistom may offer.

The Website is in principle accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Access may be temporarily suspended or limited without notice for maintenance, updates, technical incidents, security reasons or events beyond the reasonable control of Novalane Operations LLC.

Novalane Operations LLC shall not be liable for any interruption, unavailability or malfunction of the Website.

Some features require the creation of a user account and the acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. Access to the services is reserved to users aged 18 or over.
