Terms & Conditions

The website assistom.com (the “Website”) and the Assistom services are operated by Novalane Operations LLC, a company registered in United States (State of Wyoming) under number 2025-001653136, whose registered office is at 2106 House Avenue, Suite 278, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Full company details are set out in the Legal Notice.

For any request, customers are invited to use the chat available on the Website as a priority, or to write to contact@assistom.com.

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to every booking and every purchase made on the Website. They should be read together with the Terms of Payment, the Cancellation & Refund Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Customers accept these Terms by ticking the dedicated checkbox before payment.

Assistom is an online restaurant booking service. The services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over, acting for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unlawful, abusive or fraudulent use may lead to the suspension or closure of the account concerned.

3.1 Restaurant booking requests (pay per request)

Customers can submit a table request on the Website for any restaurant that takes reservations. Assistom contacts the restaurant through the channel it accepts (booking platform, website or phone) and, once the booking is confirmed, the customer receives the confirmation details.

A booking request fee of $3 is paid at checkout for each request. It pays for handling the request: checking availability with the restaurant and attempting the booking. The fee is due whether or not a table can be confirmed, and this is stated at checkout before payment. It does not include the price of the meal or any deposit requested by the restaurant, which are paid to the restaurant directly. No plan or commitment is required.

At checkout, the customer can instead start the Personal Assistant Plan (section 3.2). The booking request fee is then not charged for that request, and only the trial price of the plan is charged.

3.2 Personal Assistant Plan

The Personal Assistant Plan is an optional monthly plan. It removes the booking request fee on every request and gives priority assistance for restaurant bookings and any other everyday request (transport, leisure activities, travel and similar services). The Assistom team handles, follows up and keeps the customer informed on each request.

The plan starts with a 3-day trial charged at $1. At the end of the trial, it renews automatically at $69.99 per month unless cancelled before the end of the trial. Cancelling during the trial means no further charge.

Assistom may refuse any request that is clearly unlawful, unsafe, disproportionate or outside the normal scope of the service.

3.3 Magazine

The Assistom Magazine is an optional digital publication, delivered weekly. It includes selections, recommendations, practical information and themed content. It is available at a maximum of $7.60 per month. Billing begins seven (7) days after sign-up, and the Magazine then renews automatically until the customer cancels it. The frequency of payments may vary, in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon at sign-up. Cancelling within these first seven (7) days means nothing is charged.

The Magazine is separate from the Personal Assistant Plan. It can be taken on its own or alongside the plan, and cancelling one does not cancel the other.

Assistom acts solely as a booking intermediary, on the customer’s instructions. Novalane Operations LLC does not operate restaurants, does not prepare or serve food and is not affiliated with the restaurants it contacts.

Meals and on-site services are provided entirely under the responsibility of the restaurants. Novalane Operations LLC is not a party to the contract between the customer and the restaurant and is not liable for cancellations, changes, waiting times, prices, deposits, no-show fees, food quality or any damage attributable to the restaurant.

A customer account is created at the time of purchase. The customer receives an email to set a password or access the account securely, and can reset the password at any time from the login page.

The user space allows the customer to:

• track bookings and requests,
• view active plans and the Magazine,
• access invoices and payment confirmations,
• update personal details,
• cancel a plan or the Magazine.

The customer must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Login credentials are personal: the customer is responsible for keeping them confidential and must report any unauthorised access without delay.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the Website and at checkout before payment. The checkout states the amount charged today, the trial length where applicable, and the recurring amount and frequency.

Novalane Operations LLC may change its prices at any time. Any change to the price of a plan or the Magazine is notified to the customer in advance, and the customer may cancel before the new price applies. The price charged is always the one accepted at checkout.

Payments are made by bank card through a secure payment provider. Novalane Operations LLC does not store full card details. Charges appear on the customer’s bank statement as ASSISTOM.COM.

The Personal Assistant Plan and the Magazine renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. After the trial, a reminder is sent by email three (3) days before each Personal Assistant Plan renewal charge, with a link to cancel. Receipts for every charge are available in the user space.

In the event of a failed charge, whether an expired card, a declined transaction, insufficient funds or any other reason, Novalane Operations LLC reserves the right to notify the customer and to suspend access to the service concerned pending regularisation. The customer remains liable for any amounts due. Any fees charged by the customer’s bank are outside Novalane Operations LLC’s control.

Invoices are available in the user space and on request.

The Personal Assistant Plan and the Magazine have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time, free of charge.

• from the user space, through the chat available in the account,
• via the cancellation form on the Manage Plan page,
• via the chat on the Website.

Cancellation is confirmed immediately on screen and by email, with the end-of-service date. The service remains available until the end of the period already paid, and no further charge is made. Details are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Conditions.

Consumers have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal, starting on the day after the purchase is confirmed, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, the customer sends a clear statement of their decision by chat, from the user space, by email to contact@assistom.com or using the form in the Annex. Amounts paid are refunded within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the request, using the original payment method.

If the customer expressly asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, they remain liable for the share of the service already provided before withdrawal.

Booking requests are handled immediately after payment, at the customer’s express request. By submitting a request, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal no longer applies to the booking request fee once the request has been handled. For digital content such as the Magazine, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, if the customer gave express prior consent and acknowledged the loss of this right.

Novalane Operations LLC provides a booking, assistance and intermediation service, and its liability is limited to that scope. It is not liable for the services performed by third-party providers, for temporary interruptions of the Website, for force majeure events, or for requests that cannot be processed because the customer provided incorrect, incomplete or late information.

Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights of consumers.

Personal data are processed by Novalane Operations LLC to manage accounts, bookings, plans, payments and customer relations, and to meet legal obligations. Data may be shared with technical providers, the hosting provider, payment providers and the third-party providers performing a booking, only where necessary. Customers can exercise their data rights by writing to contact@assistom.com. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Any question or complaint can be sent via the chat, the user space or contact@assistom.com. Assistom answers as quickly as possible and seeks an amicable solution first. If no amicable solution is found, consumers keep the right to contact their local consumer protection authority or to bring the dispute before the competent courts, as set out below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory rules of the country where they live. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules, including consumer protection rules.

These Terms are written in English. If they are also made available in another language, the version in the language the customer understands prevails.

Novalane Operations LLC may update these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one accepted at the time of purchase. Customers are notified of any change affecting an active plan or the Magazine before it applies.
